Oh, my dear baby bear likes this yummy nutritious SHAPEWORKS chocolate very much!It's healthy, delicious, low fat,low salt, low sugar and.....easy to make!












































This is the recipe:
Herbalife Shapeworks Formula 1 - 2 big scoop (Chocolate /Strawberry/Cappucino/Vanila)
Formula 3 -1 big scoop
Water - 1 big scoop (add accordingly)

Steps:(wash your hands before start!)
1. Put in formula 1 and formula 3 powder into a dry bowl.Mix well with a spoon.
2. Pour some water into the powder, stir with spoon until half powder-paste form.
3. Roll the paste onto your palm until a big 'fish ball' formed!
4. Cut into small tiny pieces or press with your fingertips into little tiny cubes!
5. Keep in the fridge for 1 hours.(Serve cold taste better!)

You may serve it with cute cute cartoon bowls or a covered container!
